Enemies list

Looking at her site again for the first time in a while (see previous post), I found that, like all proper wackos, Mrs. du Toit has an enemies list. And boy is it long. When you’re in the company of both Richard Nixon and Moe Szyslak, you know you’re on to something.

I remember when I was in fifth grade and going through the emotional gyrations of seeing my parents split up, I wrote up a list of all the people I hated at the time. That list reminds me of mine.

Quite intentionally I avoided following links to Mrs. du Toit, just because she seemed like she’d be an unpleasant individual. But the prospect of looking at a hate list was too tempting. Maybe I *should* look at Mrs. du Toit’s site once in awhile, when I need to get my righteous indignation on.

I love that all she had to say about Howard Zinn is that he signed the MoveOn petition just like 99% of the other people on her list. I’m sure there’s hundreds of other reasons for her to hate him if she would just do some research. That’s just laziness.

    Shelley Fabares, I hate you!

It is SO retro to be scared of the Communists. Sheesh!

i dunno, Adam, you really need to move past this TOIT thing… anyone who has the time to be bothered hating Bonnie Franklin just aint worth the energy. I mean, BONNIE FRANKLIN?????????

sheesh, TOIT is so lazy, she just copied the list of “famous” people who signed onto the MOVEON.ORG list.

On the other hand, I am a little ticked off at Shelley Fabares. She did star in “Coach,” after all. But I certainly don’t hate her.

Actually, I like Shelley Fabares. I just thought that, “Shelley Fabares, I hate you.” is the funniest thing I’ve ever heard. “Coach” was probably the best thing to ever happen to her career.

Moe Szyslak is not on her list…?
