Why does the President hate our flag so much?

He’s just converting our flag to his flag.

Because it represents freedom and responsibility?

Is he handing out his phone number in a bar? ‘Cuz that would be almost fly of him.
I want a President with the moral clarity to know that the flag is his bi0tch.

Signing autographs on the flag? Signing autographs on our flag? I can’t quote US Code, but I *know* that is wrong. Who is this guy? Did he go to school in this country? I love that flag, damnit. Imagine the positive impact it would have if a nice president were to tell you politely, “I’m sorry, but I don’t want to degrade the flag by signing it”.

No-bid contracts? Cluster bombs? Hostages? Bounty? ‘Get past the war’? Tell that to my fellow americans who died the other day. I’m getting pissed. Watch out: I cuss when I’m pissed. It’s very un-Christian 🙂 I should start the anti-spleenville and cuss alot on it about what bafoons these people are. That blog would get hits up the ying yang.

To be fair, those goofy pencil post flags are not a good thing either (since they’re disposable and too small to keep and respect), so maybe him signing his name on them gives the item (if not the symbol) as much respect as it deserves. It’s just as worthless as it was before he signed it. But don’t mess with my American flag, man.

Did you read the comments on Kos? The first one from another Phil cracked me up:
Bush: “Note to self: Wipe ass with this later.”
    Good stuff.
