And I thought things couldn’t get any worse

I thought the frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwich was the lowest we could go as a culture. I was wrong. I saw in a magazine today an ad for the crustless loaf of bread.

Head for the hills.

    Adam, where have you been ? That’s been out for a while now — Milwaukee was a test market.

    On the brighter side (at least for you), they’re thinking of doing an “American Idol” movie. Check out CNN.com entertainment for the 11th.

    Bread has been sold that way in Japan for years and years. I even knew people there – non-Japanese – who bought the cut-off crusts at bakeries very cheaply and basically subsisted off them, cheap carbohydrates.

    I’m fairly sure that deep-fried Twinkies beat both frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and crustless loaves of bread, hands down. How very American…
