Tales of customer service

And you are obviously an asshole.
You are one — one — of a very, very, very small list of people that have ever claimed such problems, which is why you are an asshole, and it’s not us.

Good riddance, asshole—

Scott Trautman
President/Owner
Global Dialog Internet

E-mail from my old web hosting company, after I explained (after they asked) that I was leaving because their tech support was snarky and their prices high for the service they provided. I guess they just proved my point.

Why do web hosting companies attract slime like flies to flypaper? Bad move, Trautman.

On my next trip to Madison, I believe I’ll have to track down Mr. Trautman and either sue the bastard or slap him upside the head.

Apparently, you’re not the only one with a problem with Mr. T. Do a google search for Scott Trautman GDI, and check out the comment on Computing Net Built in Video Card. Sadly, the “Scott Trautman is a Prick” homepage no longer exists. Mr. Trautman’s homepage, however is illuminating — perhaps his comments to you are a example of his vaunted “off” sense of humor.

    Can I just say, “Yeesh!”

With an attitude like that, no wonder so few folks bother (or dare) to complain.

Bookmark this. Check GDI out in a couple of years. I predict a cold, unlamented death.

To quote my girlfriend, “Oh my goodness!” I need to add this to my page – I’m shocked.

Geez. Wonder if you could use that letter to lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau?

Can’t we all just be nice to eachother and get along?
