Back from the beyond

And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming…
In the grocery store the other day, I wanted to complement my Boo Berry purchase with Count Chocula. Sadly, they had none. So I settled for Cocoa Pebbles, the Flintstones-themed chocolate rice krispies. I am going to write the FDA and request that this cereal be considered a controlled substance. It’s like getting a sugar IV. It’s chocolate crack. And to top it off, it makes the most intense chocolate milk you’ve ever experienced. Not for the faint of heart.

It has been well documented that Cocoa Pebbles are far superior to both Cocoa Crispies and Cocoa Puffs. Flavor intensity levels have steadily increased over the years, but the quality of toys inside the product have decreased. A unique inverse cereal relationship.

Dude, I’m *so* getting some Pebbles today.

And we don’t like the Cocoa Puffs people anymore.

Nestlés Quick has a chocolate cereal that is so intense it cannot be eaten out of the box with bare hands because the chocolate residue cannot be removed by normal hand-cleaning methods – I think it requires that orange-smelling degreaser mechanics use. Makes excellent chocolate milk.

However, thanks for reminding me about Boo Berry. I will be keeping my eye out for a box of those childhood morning memories!
