Scenes from my day
My mother and I are entering Best Buy, to check out big-screen TVs as possible replacements for her broken one. Just as we come in the door she turns to me.
Mom: Did you know that Mrs. Chiang Kai-Shek died?
Me: ….No. No. I did not know that.
Mom: She was 105!
